DAV Double & Anglock Machine Vise

This vise body is controlled, and always maintains the fixed height of vise body.
Double clamping mechanism, it can be freely adjusted with the opening range, and two workpieces of different sizes can be processed at the same time.
The clearance of workpiece is +/- 15mm, and keep equal clamping forces on two workpieces.
Clamping system: Lead Screw
Both movable jaw is featured with lock down mechanism which eliminate the lifting of workpieces.
Powerful material, the vise is made of high tensile spherical ductile iron (FCD600) (60kg/mm2, 80,000 psi).
