• For new products purchased within 3 years or items with low usage, please try lubricating them first. (Please contact our sales team for the lubrication instruction guide.)

• If the product exceeds the above period, or still fails to generate clamping force after lubrication, please disassemble the screw mechanism and send it back to us.

Our power vises are equipped with a mechanical intensifier system providing adjustable clamping force settings with visual indicators. Always follow the recommended operating procedures to reach your set clamping force. Under no circumstances should hammers, mallets, or extra levers be used to apply force, as this can cause severe component damage.

Every product is subjected to multi-stage quality control checks prior to shipment. To maintain product precision, we advise against self-replacement unless you are fully confident in performing complete reassembly. Please reach out to our technical support team, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
